Shipping & Returns Policy

We get it! Sometimes returns are required! 

At The Pocket, we are at marketplace which means we have a number of brands who fulfill your order. Please ensure you read through the return policy of these brands below so you are aware of their individual policy. 

Please note that The Pocket does not have one standard return policy. We adhere to the return policy of each brand. For example, if you buy a product from Irvetta, the return policy for that product is based on Irvetta's policy. 

 

Irvetta

Shipment Processing Time, Confirmation and Order Tracking

Our shipping time starts from the moment an order is accepted. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. When your order is dispatched you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow 1-2 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any Duties & VAT based on your location are pre-paid by IRVETTA for import to your country. You will not have to pay anything extra upon arrival of your IRVETTA pieces.

Items will be shipped By DHL and they will deliver directly to you without you needing to contact customs and release your order.

 

Damage and Loss

Please contact us at info@thepocket.co if any products are damaged or lost during shipping. 

 

RETURNS   

We endeavour to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with any product, our Return’s Policy allows you to return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided that the return conditions specified below are met. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

Return and Exchange Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and labels should be attached. Briefs, bodysuits, and swimsuits must be returned with hygiene stickers intact and the item must remain in its original packaging. 

To begin the refunds/exchange process please email info@thepocket.co to obtain a returns form. The form must be filled in and returned with your products. 

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly recommend that you send your returns tracked and obtain a proof of postage. Irvetta is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us. 

Once we receive your returned product/s we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products meet the above criteria. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and within 7 working days. Refunds shall be credited to the same card details (the original payment method) that was used when the order was made.

Faulty Items 

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that all items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Irvetta is happy to exchange any faulty item with the same item. If a refund is issued the funds shall be credited to the same card details (the original payment method) that was used when the order was made. If the item is returned because it is faulty, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Otherwise, we do not cover the cost of return delivery.

 

 

Taiyo 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 We offer free returns in the U.S. (so long as it is 30 days since your purchase). Please email hello@taiyo.us for a free return label.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

Customers outside the US will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. For international returns, please send your unwanted item(s) to:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Taiyo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Missing & Damaged Packages

Taiyo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns / Refund

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged and reimbursed only in the event of non-compliance of the product. 

Please note that there may be small yellow spots as a result of the material recycling process which cannot be considered a manufacturing defect. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address; info@thepocket.co within 7 days of delivery.   

The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the invoiced price and the return costs will be reimbursed to you on presentation of supporting documents, only in the event of a non-compliant product. 

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6. 

Returns only against trade

Be careful when purchasing online as colors may vary from screen to product purchased.

Please note that we do not issue refunds, only exchanges for another product if the item has not been used, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, the shipping cost remains the responsibility of the buyer. Exchange can be made once approved by our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of order.

Cynthia Rybakoff

RETURNS

Cynthia Rybakoff offer free returns on full priced merchandise (US customers only). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. Sale items, custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are final sale only, and not eligible for return. Promotional discounted items are final sale, and eligible for exchange only. We do not offer free returns on discounted merchandise.
Non-US orders must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. Cynthia Rybakoff will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt, less shipping costs, or restocking fees (if applicable). You will be notified when your refund is processed.

To make a return please contact us at info@thepocket.co for a Return Authorization Form. A return shipping label will be included for full priced merchandise only. Fill out and include the form with your return shipment. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization Form, or returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

We reserve the right not to grant refunds, should the merchandise arrive back damaged or worn. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged or worn returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or forfeit of the return.

EXCHANGES

Cynthia Rybakoff will make exchanges within 30 days of receipt of goods for all merchandise, except sale items, custom orders, reserved orders, and jewelry care items. Exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges. 

For exchanges, please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff.com to request an Exchange Authorization Form (US customers only). Please indicate on the form what items you would like to make an exchange for. Don’t hesitate to email us for assistance.

Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged or worn exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or forfeit of the return.

 

STORE CREDIT

You have the option to return or exchange your online purchase for store credit, issued in the form of a Cynthia Rybakoff gift card. Gift cards can be used at any time, and do not expire. You can forward the gift card to friends and family, via email. Request your return or exchange in the form of a gift card, when you contact us

 

 

Ivy Marie

 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a free return in the form of refund or store credit. After 7 days, your item is not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thepocket.co  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Chechi

 

  • You are responsible for your return shipping fees but if the reason for the return is due to an error from us, we will cover the cost of shipping you a new item.
  • Items purchased during a Sale cannot be returned.
  • Please contact us at info@thepocket.co within 48 hours of receiving the item to discuss your return.
  • For local orders within Nigeria the returned item must arrive no later than 7days after it was received by the customer.
  • For international orders the returned item must be shipped no later than 7 days after it was received.
  • The item must be free from make-up, deodorant or other stains and fragrance.
  • Please endeavor to try on the item before you put on fragrance or perfume.
  • The tags must still be on the item.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Do not launder or alter the item.
  • The item must not be torn or damaged.
  • If the returned item is damaged or does not adhere to our guidelines, the item will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own cost.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Exchange valid while stock lasts.
We only offer refunds in cases where there was a mistake from our team at CHeCHI. To see if you qualify for a refund please read the terms below. The returned item must meet our return requirements. If you are not eligible for a refund you may still be eligible for an exchange.
  • Please contact us at info@thepocket.co within 48hrs of receiving the item to discuss your refund.
  • For local orders within Nigeria the item must be shipped within a 3 day period from when it was received and arrive no later than 7 days after it was received.
  • For International orders the item must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days from when it was received and arrive no later than 14 days after it was received.
  • You will be notified if you qualify for a refund 36hours after we receive your item.
  • If you qualify for a refund You will receive you funds 72hrs after we receive your item

 

Tribe Collective

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you’re not sold on your Tribe order within 14 days, we’ll take them back, no questions asked. All returns that are in good condition donated to one of our charity partners. More details on our charity partners can be found under Tribe Collective's Ethics page. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Tribe Collective will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@thepocket.co 


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
